The Mazzoni MMD Pump Water Seal Kit is a replacement seal kit for Mazzoni MMD solid shaft pressure washer pumps. Designed to replace worn or leaking water seals, this maintenance kit helps stop water leakage, maintain proper operating pressure, and extend the service life of the pump.
Water seals are critical wear components inside a high-pressure plunger pump. They create the seal around the plungers necessary to contain water and allow the pump to develop pressure. As seals wear through normal operation, operators may begin to notice water leakage or a decline in pump performance.
Replacing worn water seals allows a serviceable pump to be repaired without replacing the complete pump assembly.
When Should Pressure Washer Pump Seals Be Replaced?
Water seals naturally wear over time due to pressure, heat, operating hours, and normal plunger movement. Once the seals can no longer maintain an effective seal around the plungers, water can begin escaping from the pump and performance may decline.
A water seal inspection may be appropriate when troubleshooting:

- Reduced operating pressure
