Coleus scutellarioides, commonly known as Coleus, is a vibrant and versatile annual plant prized for its strikingly colorful foliage that features a diverse palette of reds, purples, greens, yellows, and pinks in a variety of patterns and textures. Native to Southeast Asia and Malaysia, Coleus was originally cultivated as a medicinal and ornamental plant before becoming widely popular in gardens around the world for its easy care and dramatic visual impact.
