Description

Stealth Spectre Series 10.2 GPM 3500 PSI Belt-Drive Commercial Pressure Washer Skid – Honda iGX800 EFI & General Pump TSF2221

The Stealth Spectre Series 10.2 GPM 3500 PSI Pressure Washer Skid is a high-flow commercial pressure washing system designed for contractors running large flatwork, fleet washing, industrial cleaning, and multi-gun trailer setups. Powered by the Honda iGX800 EFI engine and paired with the General Pump TSF2221 triplex plunger pump, this belt-driven skid delivers 10.2 GPM at 3500 PSI while maintaining lower pump RPM, reduced vibration, and quieter operation for long daily runtimes.

This updated Spectre configuration features a redesigned aluminum skid layout with rubber vibration-isolation feet, a dedicated unloader block assembly, and simplified plumbing connections for cleaner installation and improved serviceability. The included General Pump YU21405 unloader is mounted directly to the dedicated block assembly instead of threading directly into the pump, helping reduce vibration transfer, improve plumbing accessibility, and create a cleaner high-flow bypass layout.

At the center of the system is the Electric Start Honda iGX800 EFI V-Twin — one of the most advanced commercial pressure washer engines available. Featuring Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI), STR governor technology, drive-by-wire throttle control, automatic choke functionality, and onboard diagnostics, the iGX800 delivers smoother throttle response, quieter operation, improved fuel efficiency, and easier starting compared to traditional carbureted V-Twin engines.

The TSF2221 General Pump runs at lower RPM through the belt-drive system, helping reduce pump heat, vibration, and long-term wear during continuous commercial operation. Combined with the extremely smooth-running iGX800 platform and vibration-isolated skid design, this system operates noticeably quieter and smoother than many traditional high-GPM pressure washer skids.

Built for high-volume professional cleaning operations, the Spectre Series is engineered for contractors who prioritize production speed, runtime durability, serviceability, and real-world cleaning efficiency.

What makes the Honda iGX800 different from a standard GX engine?

The Honda iGX800 uses Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI), drive-by-wire throttle control, and Honda’s STR governor system to electronically manage engine performance under varying loads.

Compared to traditional carbureted V-Twin engines, the iGX800 provides:

  • Smoother throttle response
  • Improved fuel efficiency
  • Easier starting
  • Automatic choke functionality
  • Reduced RPM fluctuation under load
  • Onboard LED diagnostics and fault monitoring

The iGX800 platform is commonly used in commercial equipment where consistent RPM control, long runtime operation, and advanced engine management are important.

What are the advantages of the dedicated unloader block?

This updated configuration mounts the General Pump YU21405 unloader to a dedicated external unloader block assembly rather than directly to the pump manifold.

Benefits include:

  • Cleaner plumbing layout
  • Easier unloader servicing and replacement
  • Reduced vibration transfer to fittings
  • Simplified bypass return plumbing
  • Improved hose routing and accessibility
  • Cleaner high-flow outlet connection setup

The dedicated outlet block also provides a simplified pressure hose connection point directly on the skid assembly.

Why does this skid run quieter and smoother?

Several components contribute to the reduced vibration and quieter operation of this system:

  • Honda iGX800 EFI engine design
  • Belt-drive pump reduction
  • Lower RPM pump speed
  • Rubber vibration isolation feet
  • Aluminum skid construction
  • External unloader block layout

Together, these components significantly reduce harmonics, vibration transfer, and mechanical noise compared to many traditional direct-drive or rigid-mounted high-flow systems.
