Floribunda roses, a hybrid class developed in the early 20th century by crossing hybrid teas with polyantha roses, are prized for their prolific blooming habit and versatility in garden design. The ‘Candy Cane Cocktail’ exemplifies these traits with a continuous blooming cycle from spring through fall, a moderate fragrance, and a compact, bushy growth habit ideal for borders, mass plantings, and container gardening. Its disease resistance and adaptability to various climates make it a reliable choice for both amateur and experienced gardeners. This rose’s distinctive coloration and hardy nature have made it a celebrated selection among floribunda roses, contributing to the broader diversity and appeal of modern garden roses.
