Description
Thuja occidentalis ‘Cheer Drops’ (Proven Winners Arborvitae) is a compact, slow-growing evergreen shrub prized for its dense, rich green foliage and distinctive drooping branchlets that create a lush, cascading effect. This cultivar of northern white cedar is noted for its excellent winter hardiness and adaptability to a range of soil types and light conditions, making it ideal for foundation plantings, hedges, or mixed borders in temperate climates. Originating from the species native to northeastern North America, ‘Cheer Drops’ combines the traditional durability and year-round interest of Thuja occidentalis with a unique, soft texture and graceful form that separates it from more upright or columnar arborvitaes.
